Sir Kensington's Mexican Elote Dip Recipe

INGREDIENTS

4 ears of fresh corn, husks and silks removed

2 tablespoons melted butter

Juice of 1 lime

1 cup chopped cilantro

½ teaspoon kosher salt

½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

½ cup crumbled queso fresco

⅓ cup Sir KensinGton’s Chipotle Mayo Tortilla chips, for serving

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat a grill or broiler to medium-hot. Brush ears of corn with melted butter. Place corn on grill or under broiler, turning corn often, until kernels turn golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.

2. Remove corn from heat and use a sharp knife to cut kernels from cobs.

3. In a large bowl: add in corn kernels, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt/pepper, queso fresco, and chipotle mayo. Stir together to fully combine your Elote Dip.

Hellmann's Air Fried Pickles with Spicy Mayo Dipping Sauce

INGREDIENTS

32 pickle chips/slices

½ cup flour

3 large eggs

½ cup plus 2 Tbsp. Hellmann’s Spicy Mayo

1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs

2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill

1 Tbsp. pickle juice, optional

Cooking Spray

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat Air Fryer to 400F. Place pickle chips on paper towels and pat dry.

2. Place flour in one shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and 2 Tbsp. of Spicy Mayo until well blended. In a third shallow bowl, combine panko crumbs and dill.

3. Dip pickle chips in flour, shaking off excess. Then dredge in egg mixture and place in panko crumbs, pressing gently to coat well on both sides.

4. Spray Air Fryer with a generous coating of cooking spray. Place breaded pickle chips on tray in a single layer. Lightly spray tops of pickles with cooking spray. Cook 5 minutes, flip, lightly spray again and cook another 5 minutes or until browned and crispy. Serve with remaining Spicy Mayo as dipping sauce, combined if desired, with pickle juice.

Knorr Creamy Garlic Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS

2 cups water

1 package (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, partially thawed

1 package Knorr® Italian Sides™ - Creamy Garlic Shells

2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion

2 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise

2 Tbsp. Greek yogurt

1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves

2 cups chunks cooked chicken breast

1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Bring water, vegetables, Knorr® Italian Sides™ - Creamy Garlic Shells and onion to a boil in medium saucepan. Continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender, about 6 minutes.

2. Combine Mayonnaise, yogurt and oregano in medium bowl. Stir in Pasta and vegetable mixture and chicken; stir to mix and coat.

3. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours until thoroughly chilled. Stir in vinegar before serving. Enjoy within 3 days.

INGREDIENTS

1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix

4 medium all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks (about 2 lbs.)

1/3 cup olive oil

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 425°. Combine all ingredients in 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan.

2. Bake, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and golden brown, about 35 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

4 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Vegan Dressing and Spread

1 1/2 tsp. chili powder

1/2 tsp. ground cumin

4 ears corn-on-the-cob, husked, pointed ends trimmed

1/4 cup vegan cheddar cheese alternative

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Lime wedges for serving

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine 2 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Vegan Dressing and Spread, 1 tsp. chili powder and 1/2 tsp. cumin in cup. Set aside.

2. Place corn on one flat end standing up on cutting board. Center a sharp knife on top of corn and using a rolling pin, hammer the knife through the core of the corn. Turn the 2 halves core sides down on cutting board. Center the knife in middle of corn and hammer with rolling pin to cut in half lengthwise. Recipe is also delicious on whole corn cobs, if desired.

3. Brush corn with Vegan Dressing and Spread mixture. Grill 8 to 10 minutes, turning as needed until lightly charred and tender.

4. Arrange corn on serving platter; sprinkle with "cheese" and cilantro, then drizzle with remaining 2 Tbsp. Vegan Dressing and Spread and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 tsp. chili powder. Serve with lime wedges..

INGREDIENTS

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 can (14 oz.) reduced sodium chick peas, rinsed and drained

1 red onion, chopped

2 cups water

1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken flavor

1 large vine-ripened tomato, chopped (2 cups)

1 packed cup parsley, finely chopped

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

3 Tbsp. crumbled feta cheese

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over high heat and cook chickpeas and onion 1 minute.

2. Stir in water and Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken flavor. Cover; reduce heat to medium and cook 7 minutes.

3. Stir tomato and parsley into cooked rice; cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, about 3 hours. Stir in lemon juice before serving and top with walnuts and feta cheese. Enjoy within 3 days.

INGREDIENTS

1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix

1 container (16 oz.) sour cream

1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise

1 lb. peeled cooked small shrimp

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Chill, if desired.

2. Serve with your favorite dippers.

INGREDIENTS

4 ears of fresh corn, husks and silks removed

2 tablespoons melted butter

⅓ cup red onion, finely chopped

Juice of 1 lime

1 cup chopped cilantro

½ teaspoon kosher salt

½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

½ cup crumbled queso fresco

⅓ cup Sir Kensington’s Chipotle Mayo Tortilla chips, for serving

 

DIRECTIONS

1. In a bowl, mix the Maille Dijon Mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, garlic and fresh thyme.

2. Preheat and prepare your grill, then place the vegetables on, baste them generously with marinade and cook to your liking.

3. While the vegetables are grilling, mix two parts sour cream to one part mayonnaise into the remainder of the marinade. Stir until smooth.

4. Plate the grilled vegetables and serve with the dip on the side.

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. extra lean ground beef

1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise

4 sesame seed hamburger buns

1 cup assorted baby greens

1/2 cup coarsely chopped red and yellow grape tomatoes

1/4 cup diced red onion

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix ground beef with 1 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise. Shape into 4 patties.

2. Grill or broil until done.

3. Spread bun bottoms with remaining Mayonnaise. Top with greens, hamburgers, tomatoes, onions and bun tops.

Hellmann's Spicy Mayo Fried Chicken Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1lb.)

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup Hellmann’s Spicy Mayo, divided

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ cup corn starch

1 Tbsp. each paprika, onion powder and garlic powder

1 tsp. salt

Vegetable oil for frying

4 Brioche Buns

12 Pickle Chips

1 cup Shredded Lettuce

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Place chicken breast between layers of plastic wrap and evenly pound until 1/4-inch thin. Cut in half to create a size to fit the bun.

2. In a large bowl whisk together buttermilk and 4 Tbsp. of the Hellmann’s Spicy Mayo until well blended. Fully submerge chicken pieces in mixture. Set aside.

3. In separate shallow bowl whisk together flour, corn starch, spices and salt until blended. Drizzle 2 Tbsp. of buttermilk mixture into flour mixture and gently mix with a fork to create a few shaggy clumps.

4. Place vegetable oil in large high-sided heavy-duty skillet or pot until about ½-inch deep. Heat over medium-high heat or until temperature reaches 350F. Dredge one piece of chicken at a time into flour mixture gently pressing, including any clumps, to form a thick crust. Place in hot oil and fry 3 minutes per side or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Repeat with remaining chicken pieces.

5. To build the fried chicken sandwiches, evenly divide remaining Hellmann’s Spicy Mayo on top and bottom buns; then place each sandwich with fried chicken, pickles and lettuce.

INGREDIENTS

1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 large red onion

1 medium zucchini

1 medium yellow squash

1 cup halved grape tomatoes

1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Cook Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli in 2-quart saucepan according to package directions.

2. While Rice is cooking, heat oil in large skillet over high heat. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and slice red onion, reserving 1 Tbsp. chopped red onion for garnish. Add chicken and sliced onion to skillet and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove from skillet.

3. While chicken is cooking, slice zucchini and squash. Add to same skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned about 3 minutes. Stir in halved grape tomatoes.

4. Return chicken to skillet and combine with squashes and cooked Rice. Garnish with reserved chopped red onion and chopped parsley.

8 lean pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine all ingredients except chops in medium bowl. Reserve 1/2 cup mayonnaise mixture.

2. Grill or broil chops, turning once and brushing frequently with remaining mayonnaise mixture, until chops are done. Serve with reserved mayonnaise mixture.

4 corn tortillas, grilled or warmed

2 cups water1 package Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Alfredo

2 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise

2 Tbsp. Greek yogurt

1 lb. peeled cooked small shrimp

4 cups cherry tomato halves

1 medium red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup chopped fresh basil leaves

2 1/2 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, chopped small

1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

 

DIRECTIONS

1. In large skillet combine water and Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Alfredo and bring to a boil.

2. Reduce heat and gently boil uncovered until pasta is tender about 7 minutes.

3. Combine Mayonnaise and yogurt in large bowl. Add Pasta, shrimp, tomatoes, onion and basil. Stir to mix and coat.

4. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or until thoroughly chilled. Stir in mozzarella and vinegar before serving. Enjoy within 3 days.

2 1/2 cups Breyers® Cookies & Cream

1 cup crushed chocolate cookies

Bamboo skewers

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Scoop Breyers® Cookies & Cream with a small ice cream or cookie scoop and immediately roll in crushed chocolate cookies.

2. Stick a skewer into each ball. Freeze at least an hour or overnight.

INGREDIENTS

1 container Breyers® Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry Ice Cream

1 box sugar ice cream cones, (break up cones into tortilla chip sized shards)

1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled

2 Tbsp. vanilla sugar

1/4 cup-colored sprinkles

2 Tbsp. fudge sauce

3 dollops whipped cream

3 cherries

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Toss: Toss the cone shards with the melted butter, sugar, and sprinkles until each shard has some sprinkles and sugar sticking to it.

2. Layer Ingredients: Layer the sprinkle chips into a pie dish or your preferred nacho serving situation. Scoop the ice cream into the middle and then top it your way! We drizzled fudge sauce, piped little dollops of whipped cream and added cherries on top!
