- 1 each red,orange and yellow bell pepper diced (about 3 3/4 cup)
- 1 small red onion, diced (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 can (15 oz.) corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (15 oz.) black eyed peas, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup small cubes feta cheese
- 1 can (6 oz.) black olives, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 bottle Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Chili Lime Mayonnaise Dressing made with tajin

Combine all ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Serve with tortilla chips or salad greens – also terrific on its own!

Tip: Customize this to your liking – try different beans or add chopped avocado, chopped tomatoes, scallions, diced fresh mango and/or chunks of pepper Jack cheese. Also terrific with Hellmann’s Chipotle Mayonnaise Dressing.
