  1. Choose a base: Rolls, hamburger buns, English muffins-whatever bread you happen to have around.

  2. Use up you vegetables & fruits: Mushrooms, onions, peppers

  3. Add a protein: Beef or turkey patties, or try plant-based patties such as black bean, meatless "chicken" or soy protein patties

  4. Bring it all together, then add the magic touch: Grill, broil, or panfry patties. Meanwhile, cook veggies in oil in hot skillet. Remove from heat and stir in some mayonnaise to make the mixture nice and creamy. Add the magic touch. (Choose some hot sauce, mustard or fresh or dried herbs.) Build burgers with buns, patties and creamy veggie mixture.
