Vegan Tomato Caesar Panzanella Toast

We use all vegan ingredients to make this delicious vegan recipe.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 container (255 g) mixed cherry tomatoes, (mixture of red, orange and yellow tomatoes), quartered or coarsely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) finely chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) finely chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Hellmann's® Vegan Caesar Salad Dressing, divided
- 5 slices oval vegan whole grain bread, (1/2 - in / 1.5 _ cm _ thick _)
METHOD

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine tomatoes, basil, red onion and ¼ cup (60 mL) Hellmann's® Vegan Caesar Salad Dressing in medium bowl. Season if desired with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Brush one side of each slice of bread with remaining Dressing. Place bread on medium-high grill and cook until both sides are grilled and toasted. Remove to platter dressing brushed side up.

Evenly top with tomato mixture. Garnish, if desired, with additional chopped basil.
