Ingredients
- 1 container (255 g) mixed cherry tomatoes, (mixture of red, orange and yellow tomatoes), quartered or coarsely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) finely chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) finely chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Hellmann's® Vegan Caesar Salad Dressing, divided
- 5 slices oval vegan whole grain bread, (1/2 - in / 1.5 _ cm _ thick _)

Directions
-  Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine tomatoes, basil, red onion and ¼ cup (60 mL) Hellmann's® Vegan Caesar Salad Dressing in medium bowl. Season if desired with salt and freshly ground black pepper. 
-  Brush one side of each slice of bread with remaining Dressing. Place bread on medium-high grill and cook until both sides are grilled and toasted. Remove to platter dressing brushed side up. 
-  Evenly top with tomato mixture. Garnish, if desired, with additional chopped basil.

                      Chef’s Tip: Try adding Kalamata olives and toasted pine nuts as an added twist.
