INGREDIENTS

  • 8 ounces (225 g) cooked vegan spaghetti or rice noodles
  • 3 cups (750 mL) coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup (250 mL) shelled edamame, cooked and cooled
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) thinly sliced radishes
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped peanuts
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Hellmann's® Vegan Green Goddess Salad Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped fresh cilantro or mint, or a combination of both

METHOD

  1. Combine spaghetti, coleslaw mix, edamame, green onions, radishes and peanuts in large bowl and toss with Hellmann's® Vegan Green Goddess Salad Dressing. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Top with sesame seeds and cilantro.
