We use all vegan ingredients to make this delicious vegan recipe.
INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounces (225 g) cooked vegan spaghetti or rice noodles
- 3 cups (750 mL) coleslaw mix
- 1 cup (250 mL) shelled edamame, cooked and cooled
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) thinly sliced radishes
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped peanuts
- 1 cup (250 mL) Hellmann's® Vegan Green Goddess Salad Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped fresh cilantro or mint, or a combination of both
METHOD

Combine spaghetti, coleslaw mix, edamame, green onions, radishes and peanuts in large bowl and toss with Hellmann's® Vegan Green Goddess Salad Dressing. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Top with sesame seeds and cilantro.
