An easy, delicious, totally plant-based spin on a lunchtime classic. Made with Hellmann’s® Vegan Green Goddess Dressing.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (540 ml) chick peas, rinsed and drained
- 3 Tbsp. (45 ml) Hellmann’s® Vegan Green Goddess Salad Dressing
- 1 1/2 small red onion, chopped
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. (30 ml) nori sheet flakes
- 2 garlic pickles, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) Maille® Dijon mustard
- salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
- chopped fresh dill
METHOD

Soak chickpeas in hot water to soften, then mash with Hellmann's® Vegan Green Goddess Salad Dressing, onions, celery, nori flakes, pickles, Dijon mustard, spices and dill. Cover and refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes.

Spoon chickpea “tuna” onto your favourite bread or buns with a slice of tomato, lettuce and cucumber. Enjoy!
