Spicy Honey Salmon with Creamed Spinach

INGREDIENTS
- 6 Tbsp. (90 mL) Hellmann’s® Spicy Mayonnaise, divided
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) honey
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) apple cider vinegar
- 4 salmon fillets (about 4 oz / 113 g. each)
- 8 cups (2 L) loosely packed baby spinach leaves
METHOD

Combine 4 tablespoons (60 mL), Hellmann’s® Spicy Mayonnaise Type Dressing, honey and vinegar in small bowl. Brush mixture over salmon and grill or broil until salmon flakes with a fork, about 15 minutes.

Toss spinach with remaining 2 tablespoons (30 mL) Mayonnaise in large nonstick skillet and cook over medium heat, tossing, until spinach is wilted, about 2 minutes.

Arrange spinach on serving platter then top with salmon.
