Vegan Chickpea Salad Sliders

We use all vegan ingredients to make this delicious vegan recipe.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups (1 L) no-salt added chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Hellmann's® Vegan Ranch Salad Dressing
- 1 rib celery, diced (about 1/4 cup/60 mL)
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) diced onion
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Maille Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) chopped fresh tarragon or dill
- 12 vegan slider buns, split and toasted
- 1 cup microgreens (optional)
- 1 small tomato, thinly sliced (optional)
METHOD

Mash chickpeas, Hellmann's® Vegan Ranch Salad Dressing, celery, onion, mustard and tarragon until coarsely mashed, well blended and creamy. Season, if desired, with salt and pepper.

Spoon ¼ cup (60 mL) chickpea salad onto each toasted bun; top, if desired, with microgreens and a slice of tomato. Drizzle, if desired, with additional Dressing.
Tip:
Chef’s Tip: Chop the tomato and add it to the salad for a colorful pop!
