- 2 ciabatta rolls *, split
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 lb. (125 g) sliced deli turkey breast (smoked, if desired)
- 4 sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and finely chopped
- 6 strips roasted red peppers packed in oil, drained
- 2 slices low fat provolone or Swiss cheese
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) prepared basil pesto
Spread rolls with Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise. Top with turkey, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted peppers, cheese and pesto.
Toast sandwiches in sandwich press or cook in large nonstick skillet until golden and cheese starts to melt.
