This great turkey panini recipe layers melted cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted peppers and turkey with creamy Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ciabatta rolls *, split
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 lb. (125 g) sliced deli turkey breast (smoked, if desired)
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and finely chopped
  • 6 strips roasted red peppers packed in oil, drained
  • 2 slices low fat provolone or Swiss cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) prepared basil pesto

METHOD

  1. Spread rolls with Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise. Top with turkey, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted peppers, cheese and pesto.
