Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped (remove stems)
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. (30 ml) lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Hellmann’s® with Avocado Oil with a Hint of Lime
- 1/2 tsp. (2 ml) salt
- 1/2 tsp. (2 ml) freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Halve and pit the avocados. Scoop out the flesh of the avocados into a bowl. Gently mash the avocados with a fork, leaving them somewhat chunky.

Add the remaining ingredients and fold everything together to gently mix.
Chef's Tip
Tip: For some heat, add in 1 pickled jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped.
