  1. BEAT Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise and eggs with fork or wire whisk in medium bowl about 2 minutes.

  2. HEAT nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook egg mixture, stirring frequently, until eggs are thoroughly cooked, about 2 minutes. Serve with ketchup if desired.


Tip: For a twist, add your favorite stir-ins such as herbs, chopped veggies, or diced cooked bacon and serve with home fries and whole grain toast!
