Tender and Fluffy Scrambled Eggs Recipe
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) ketchup, optional
BEAT Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise and eggs with fork or wire whisk in medium bowl about 2 minutes.
HEAT nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook egg mixture, stirring frequently, until eggs are thoroughly cooked, about 2 minutes. Serve with ketchup if desired.
Tip: For 2 servings, simply double all the ingredients!
