INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) whole grain mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) honey
  • 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp. (0.5 mL) cayenne
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 5 oz./150 g. ea.)
  • 1/2 lemon, sliced

METHOD

  1. PREHEAT oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. WHISK Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, mustard, honey, chili powder and cayenne in small bowl.

  3. LAY salmon, skin-side down, on prepared baking sheet. Generously spoon Mayonnaise mixture over salmon.

  4. BAKE 10 to 12 minutes or until salmon is golden and flakes with a fork. Serve with sliced lemon.

TIP: Serve with steamed kale or other greens.
