INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2 lbs. (1.25 kgs) sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-in.(6 mm) thick wedges
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Hellmann's® Spicy Paprika Frites Sauce
METHOD

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Combine potatoes with Hellmann's® Spicy Paprika Frites Sauce in large bowl; toss to coat.

Coat 2 baking sheets with no-stick cooking spray , then arrange potatoes on pans.

Bake 35 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown. Sprinkle with salt and serve with extra Sauce, if desired.
