Super Moist Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatballs

  • 2 lbs ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's chicken wing Garlic Parmesan Mayonnaise Style Dip
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest (from 1 large lemon), optional
  • 1/2 tsp each salt and ground black pepper
  • 3 - 6 tbsp olive oil, divided

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium mixing bowl until well blended.

  2. Gently form chicken mixture into meatballs, about 2 Tbsp each. Heat 3 Tbsp oil in large, non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs in batches, turning to brown all sides, about 10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Add remaining oil and cook remaining meatballs.

  3. Serve with additional Hellmann’s® Chicken Wing Garlic Parmesan Mayonnaise Style Dip, lemon wedges and garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh basil.
