Spinach, Pear & Bacon Salad
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) light sour cream
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Hellmann's ® Real Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) Worcestershire sauce
- 2 ounces (60 g) crumbled blue cheese
- 6 cups (1.5 L) baby spinach leaves
- 3 medium pears, peeled, halved and thinly sliced
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup (250 mL) walnuts
In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and blue cheese. Season, if desired, with salt and pepper. Set aside.
To serve, place spinach, pear slices, bacon and walnuts in a large bowl and toss gently. Divide salad equally onto 6 plates. Serve dressing on the side.
