  • 1 tsp. (5 mL) ground coriander
  • 1 tsp. (5 mL) ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) dried oregano leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) cayenne pepper or 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) olive oil
  • 1 large boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 2 bell peppers, (yellow and red), sliced
  • 2 red onions, thickly sliced
  • 4 medium size wraps or flour tortillas, heated according to package directions
  • 1 lime, quartered
  • 4 Tbsp. (60 mL) chopped fresh cilantro
  • 4 Tbsp. (60 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise

  1. COMBINE coriander, cumin, paprika, oregano and cayenne in small bowl; set aside.

  2. HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, peppers and onions, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Sprinkle with spice mixture; cook, stirring occasionally, until coated with spices and chicken is cooked through, about 3 minutes.

  3. PLACE chicken mixture evenly along center of each warm wrap. Then squeeze a lime wedge over each and sprinkle each with 1 Tbsp. cilantro. Top each with 1 Tbsp. Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise. Roll up and cut in half.
