Spicy Broccoli Slaw Recipe
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Hellmann’s® Spicy Mayonnaise Type Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) honey
- 1 package (340 g) broccoli slaw
- 1/2 cup shelled edamame, cooked and cooled
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped peanuts
- 2 green onions, chopped
Combine Hellmann’s Spicy Mayonnaise Type Dressing, vinegar and honey in large bowl until well blended.
Stir in broccoli slaw, edamame, peanuts and green onions. Chill, if desired, and serve garnished with additional chopped green onions.
