  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. (15 mL) lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) dried oregano leaves, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) garlic salt
  • 8 ears corn-on-the-cob, cooked
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) crumbled queso fresco, (optional)

METHOD

  1. Combine in medium bowl Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, lime juice, cumin, paprika, oregano and garlic salt.

  2. Brush hot corn with mayonnaise mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
