INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. (15 mL) lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) paprika
- 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) garlic salt
- 8 ears corn-on-the-cob, cooked
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) crumbled queso fresco, (optional)
METHOD

Combine in medium bowl Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, lime juice, cumin, paprika, oregano and garlic salt.

Brush hot corn with mayonnaise mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
