  • 8 ounces (227 g) broccolini, blanced, halved crosswise
  • 4 cups (1 L) baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup (60 mL) Hellmann's® Smoked Peach Dressing
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) pomegranate seeds
  • 12 ounces (350 g) cooked pork tenderloin, sliced
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) thinly sliced red onion

METHOD

  1. Toss broccolini, spinach and 1/4 cup (60 mL) Hellmann's® Smoked Peach Dressing in salad bowl; add goat cheese and pomegranate seeds and toss again.

  2. Arrange sliced pork on platter and drizzle with remaining Dressing. Scatter onions overtop and serve with the salad.
