INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounces (227 g) broccolini, blanced, halved crosswise
- 4 cups (1 L) baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup (60 mL) Hellmann's® Smoked Peach Dressing
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) pomegranate seeds
- 12 ounces (350 g) cooked pork tenderloin, sliced
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) thinly sliced red onion
METHOD

Toss broccolini, spinach and 1/4 cup (60 mL) Hellmann's® Smoked Peach Dressing in salad bowl; add goat cheese and pomegranate seeds and toss again.

Arrange sliced pork on platter and drizzle with remaining Dressing. Scatter onions overtop and serve with the salad.
