For Potato Patty

  • 4 potatoes boiled & mashed
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cumin powder
  • A handful of fresh cilantro

For Hellmann's Plant Based with Tandoori Spices

  • 1/2 cup Hellmann’s® Plant Based
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp all spices powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp ketchup

Other Ingredients for the Wrap

  • 5 tortilla wraps
  • 5 cheddar cheese slices
  • 1/4 cup Hellmann's® Garlic Aioli
  • 5 lettuce leaves
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced onion and green pepper

  1. Prepare the Hellmann’s Plant Based with tandoori spices by adding all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.

  2. Prepare the potato patty mixture by boiling and mashing the potatoes. Add all the spices, lemon juice and fresh cilantro. Shape them into round patties and fry them.

Assemble

  1. Place a tortilla wrap and cut halfway from the middle. Now in one corner, spread the Hellmann’s Plant Based with tandoori spices and add lettuce.

  2. In the second corner, add pizza sauce & veggies. In the third corner, spread Hellmann's Garlic Aioli and add the fried potato patty on top.

  3. In the last corner add the cheddar cheese slice. Now fold the tortilla and lightly toast it on medium low heat till the cheese has melted.
