A twist on a classic dish. This garlic mashed potato recipe is light and creamy with Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 lbs. (750 g) all-purpose potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) 2% milk
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) fresh parsley leaves (optional)
METHOD

Cover potatoes with water in 2-quart (2 L) saucepot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender; drain. Return potatoes to saucepot; mash.

Stir in Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, milk, garlic and pepper. Garnish with parsley.
