Pesto Pasta Salad
- 8 ounces (225 g) penne pasta
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) prepared basil pesto
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) fresh lemon juice
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) pine (pignoli) nuts toasted (optional)
Cook penne according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool.
Combine cooked pasta, basil pesto, Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, lemon juice and black pepper in medium bowl. Garnish with cheese and pine nuts.
