Creamy pesto pasta salad with toasted pine nuts, parmesan and Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise. Perfect for a quick, light lunch.

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 ounces (225 g) penne pasta
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) prepared basil pesto
  • 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) fresh lemon juice
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) pine (pignoli) nuts toasted (optional)

METHOD

  1. Cook penne according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool.

  2. Combine cooked pasta, basil pesto, Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, lemon juice and black pepper in medium bowl. Garnish with cheese and pine nuts.

Tip: Garnish with seeded diced tomatoes.
