Montreal Smoked Meat Dip and Fries

INGREDIENTS
- DIP:
- 150 mL (2/3 cup) Montreal smoked meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) white onion, finely diced
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) horseradish
- FRIES:
- 350g (12 oz) Cavendish Farms Restaurant StyleTM Waffle Fries
- 1 1/2 tsp. (7 mL) dry mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) crushed red pepper flakes, (optional)
- Rosemary sprigs for garnish
METHOD

For DIP, combine all ingredients in bowl, then transfer to serving bowl and refrigerate until serving. (Can be made 1 day ahead.)

For FRIES, Toss frozen Cavendish Farms Fries with spices and cook in oven or air fryer according to package directions.

Transfer cooked fries to a serving dish and serve with dip. Garnish with rosemary sprigs.
