Mighty Mushroom Burger

This Hellmann’s Vegan Mayo grilling hack packs flavour into mighty, meaty mushroom burgers.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 portobello mushroom caps
- 8 Tbsp. (125 mL) Hellmann's® Vegan, divided
- 1 red onion, sliced thickly crosswise
- 4 brioche buns
- 2 Romaine lettuce leaves, torn
METHOD

Heat grill to medium-high. Brush each mushroom cap with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Hellmann's® Vegan. Place on grill along with onions and grill 6 to 10 minutes, turning once, until lightly charred.

Remove the mushrooms and onions from the grill and allow to rest. Toast the brioche buns and spread each of the tops with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Hellmann's® Vegan.

Build the burger, adding lettuce to the bottom bun, then topping with grilled mushrooms and onions, then bun tops.
