Magically Moist Salmon
- 4 salmon fillets, (about 4 oz./125 g ea.)
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) salt
- 1/8 tsp. (0.5 mL) ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200° C).
Brush salmon with Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, then season with salt and pepper. Arrange salmon on baking pan.
Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
