INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Hellmann’s® Honey Dijon Salad Dressing, divided
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 24 pieces
- 12 mini sweet peppers, halved and seeded
- 8 green onions, white and light green parts cut into 2-in. lengths, tops sliced and set aside for garnish
- 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water 30 minutes
METHOD

PUT 1/4 cup (60 mL) Hellmann’s® Honey Dijon Salad Dressing in large bowl. Add chicken, peppers and white and light green parts of green onions and toss to mix and coat. Let marinate 15 minutes. Reserve 1/4 cup (60 mL) Dressing.

HEAT broiler. Alternately skewer chicken, peppers and green onions on skewers and arrange on rimmed baking sheet. Brush with any remaining Dressing left in bowl.

BROIL 5 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with some of the reserved Dressing. Broil 2 minutes longer until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Drizzle or brush with any remaining Dressing and sprinkle with sliced green onions.
