  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 cups plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 lbs uncooked chicken tenders
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • Hellmann's chicken wings Mayonnaise Style Dips

  1. Place flour in large shallow bowl and season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. In separate bowl, whisk together eggs and water. In another shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parsley and season, if desired, with additional salt and pepper. Dredge chicken tenders in flour, then dip in egg and coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
