INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
- 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) fresh lime juice
- 4 salmon fillets or salmon steaks (about 1-1/2 lbs./750 g)
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 large head romaine lettuce leaves or green leaf lettuce, torn into pieces (optional)
METHOD

Combine Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, onion, cilantro and lime juice in small bowl; reserve 1/2 cup for dressing.

Grill or broil salmon, turning once and brushing with remaining mayonnaise mixture, until salmon flakes with a fork.

Stir tomato into reserved 1/2 cup dressing. Serve salmon with dressing over lettuce.
