For the filling
- 2 medium potatoes (boiled & mashed)
- 1/2 cup green peas (boiled)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder (optional)
- salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp Hellmann’s® Plant Based
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
For the puff pastry
- 1 sheet of puff pastry (bought or homemade)
- oil or plant-based milk for brushing
For garnishing
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds (optional, for a fresh pop of flavour)
- 1 tbsp chaat masala
- Extra Hellmann's Plant Based for drizzling
- fresh cilantro for garnish

Add oil and cumin seeds to a hot pan then sauté ginger, garlic, and mashed potatoes. Add Hellmann's Plant Based and mixing it into the potato filling.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each puff pastry square.

Place the puff squares in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Once it’s fully baked, drizzle Hellmann's Plant Based over the puff squares, sprinkle chaat masala, pomegranate seeds, and cilantro.
