  • 3 cups (750 mL) cut-up, cooked or canned chicken
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tsp. (10 mL) lemon juice
  • Dash Cajun or Creole seasoning
  • 12 slices bread

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients except bread in medium bowl. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Evenly spread on 6 bread slices, then top with remaining bread.
