- 1/2 cup (125 ml) finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) sweet pickle relish
- 2 tsp. (10 ml) lemon juice
- Dash Cajun or Creole seasoning
- 12 slices bread

Combine all ingredients except bread in medium bowl. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Evenly spread on 6 bread slices, then top with remaining bread.
