Hellmann's new flexipe, Express Frittata is as simple as mixing 8 eggs with what ever you have in the fridge and topping it with mayo mixed with fresh herbs.

INGREDIENTS

  • eggs, cheese
  • red peppers, onion, tomato, spinach, mushrooms, green onions - any veggies left in the fridge will do!
  • veggie sausage or turkey bacon
  • Choose some mayonnaise, a handful of herbs like parsley, basil or chives or some red or green pesto
  • Nutritional values may vary based on your choice of ingredients and serving size. Enjoy!

METHOD

  1. Whisk 8 eggs, ½ cup of cheese, salt and pepper.

  2. Quickly fry 2 cups of vegetables and 1 cup of cooked protein in skillet.

  3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let cook with a lid on over low heat.
