Pick a Base
- eggs, cheese
Use up your fruit & veg
- red peppers, onion, tomato, spinach, mushrooms, green onions - any veggies left in the fridge will do!
Add an optional protein
- veggie sausage or turkey bacon
Add a magic touch
- Choose some mayonnaise, a handful of herbs like parsley, basil or chives or some red or green pesto

Quickly fry 2 cups of vegetables and 1 cup of cooked protein in skillet.
