This egg salad recipe is quick and easy to make. Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, mixed with creamy egg mixture, celery and onions, is the perfect egg recipe for a summer day.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
- 3 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) thinly sliced celery
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) thinly sliced green onions
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and quartered

Combine all ingredients except eggs in medium bowl. Gently stir in eggs. Serve, if desired, with crackers or bread.
