Quick and easy crab salad recipe, with hints of lemon and the creamy taste of Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium lemon
  • 1 lb. (450 g) flaked cooked crab meat or canned
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. (10 mL) chopped fresh chives (optional)
  • 1/4 cuillère à café (1 mL) ground black pepper
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, leaves separated

METHOD

  1. From the lemon, grate enough peel to measure 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) and squeeze juice; set aside.

  2. Combine all ingredients except lettuce in medium bowl. Spoon onto lettuce leaves to serve.
