Quick and easy crab salad recipe, with hints of lemon and the creamy taste of Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium lemon
- 1 lb. (450 g) flaked cooked crab meat or canned
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) chopped fresh chives (optional)
- 1/4 cuillère à café (1 mL) ground black pepper
- 1 head romaine lettuce, leaves separated
METHOD

From the lemon, grate enough peel to measure 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) and squeeze juice; set aside.

Combine all ingredients except lettuce in medium bowl. Spoon onto lettuce leaves to serve.
