Country Potato Salad
- 2 lbs. (1 kg) all-purpose potatoes, cut into 2 cm chunks (about 6 cups)
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. (0.5 mL) ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped onion
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) sweet pickle relish or chopped dill pickles, (optional)
Cover potatoes with water in 4-quart (4L) saucepot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender; drain and cool slightly.
Combine Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, vinegar and pepper in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss well.
