  • 6 ears corn-on-the-cob
  • 6 Tbsp. (90 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) fresh lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 red chili pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) finely grated cotija cheese or Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped fresh cilantro

  1. Grill corn over medium heat, turning often, until tender. Arrange hot corn on serving platter; let cool 3 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, combine Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic and chili pepper in small bowl.

  3. Brush corn all over with Mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and cilantro.
