Corn with a Kick

There’s corn and then there’s Corn with a Kick. Grilled to perfection and given a South American spiciness that will lift the eyebrows on anyone.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 ears corn-on-the-cob
- 6 Tbsp. (90 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) fresh lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 red chili pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) finely grated cotija cheese or Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped fresh cilantro
METHOD

Grill corn over medium heat, turning often, until tender. Arrange hot corn on serving platter; let cool 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic and chili pepper in small bowl.

Brush corn all over with Mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and cilantro.
