Chicken Skewers with Basil Dipping Sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Hellmann's® with Olive Oil mayonnaise
- 2 cups (500 mL) lightly packed fresh basil leaves
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) water
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) salt
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 16 strips
Process Hellmann’s® with Olive Oil mayonnaise, basil, water, garlic and salt in blender or food processor until smooth. Remove 1 tablespoon (15 mL) to bowl; add chicken and toss to coat.
Thread chicken onto 16 skewers*. Arrange on foil-lined baking sheet. Broil, turning once, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 6 minutes. Serve with sauce.
