Bite into our delicious Chicken & Potato Salad made with Hellmann's® Mayonnaise, Granny Smith apples and more.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. (450 g) potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 cups (750 ml) shredded cooked chicken
- 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, if desired, and chopped
- 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) chopped celery
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) finely chopped onion
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
- 15 pimento stuffed green olives, quartered (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. (2 ml) salt
METHOD

Cover potatoes with water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender; drain and cool slightly.

Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients except potatoes in large bowl. Add potatoes and toss gently. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
