Bite into our delicious Chicken & Potato Salad made with Hellmann's® Mayonnaise, Granny Smith apples and more.


  • 1 lb. (450 g) potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 cups (750 mL) shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, if desired, and chopped
  • 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) finely chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
  • 15 pimento stuffed green olives, quartered (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) salt

  1. Cover potatoes with water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender; drain and cool slightly.

  2. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients except potatoes in large bowl. Add potatoes and toss gently. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
