INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL.) farfalle pasta, cooked according to package directions
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) margarine
  • 6 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp. (5 mL) fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 cups (500 mL) shredded cooked chicken

METHOD

  1. Toss hot farfalle with margarine in large bowl. Stir in tomatoes, Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, green onions, 3 tablespoons (45 mL) cheese and chicken.

  2. Arrange pasta salad on large serving plate, then sprinkle with remaining cheese.
