INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups (500 mL) diced cooked chicken breast
  • 1 small Gala apple, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) Hellmann’s® with Avocado Oil with a Hint of Lime
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) toasted sliced almonds
  • 8 slices whole grain bread
  • 4 green leaf lettuce leaves

METHOD
