Take a peak at this chicken & apple salad sandwiches recipe, its very easy to make and packed full of flavour that will leave everyone asking for more!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups (500 mL) diced cooked chicken breast
- 1 small Gala apple, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) golden raisins
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Hellmann’s® with Avocado Oil with a Hint of Lime
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) toasted sliced almonds
- 8 slices whole grain bread
- 4 green leaf lettuce leaves
METHOD

Combine chicken, apple, green onions, carrot, raisins, basil, Hellmann’s® with Avocado Oil with a Hint of Lime and almonds in medium bowl.

Evenly spread on 4 bread slices, then top with lettuce and remaining bread.
