INGREDIENTS

  • 400 grams of mozzarella cheese, cut into 3 inches long fries
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup *Panko* breadcrumbs
  • 3 cups sunflower oil (if deep frying)
  • oil spray (if air frying)
  • 1/4 cup pitted green olives
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • black pepper, to taste

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients for the olive sauce in a food processor. Pulse until thick and creamy.

  2. If you are frying, heat the oil in a Dutch oven or large pot until it reaches 250F.

  3. Dip the mozzarella sticks in the flour, then the eggs and the panko.

  4. Fry the mozzarella sticks about 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown or bake at 400F in the air fryer for 8 minutes with oil spray.

  5. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a wooden board and serve the sauce in a large and shallow bowl. Arrange the burgers, chicken wings and mozzarella sticks all around the sauce bowl. Put a few spoons in the sauce and enjoy!
