    Ready In

  • 1 1/2 lb ground brisket or lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 scallion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsps Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 sesame buns, toasted
  • 1/4 cup salsa con queso
  • 8 strips, bacon, with black pepper freshly ground on top
  • 4 slices, mozzarella
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup blackberry jalapeno jam

MADE WITH

  1. Mix ground brisket, breadcrumbs, egg, scallion, Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper and salt to form 4x 6-ounce patties. Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes to help the patties keep their form while cooking. Grill the patties until well done.

  2. For the Hell-O-Berry Jam, mix the blackberry jalapeno jam with Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise in a bowl.

  3. Prepare your other toppings of choice. To follow Jeff’s recipe, you must use salsa con queso, black pepper bacon, mozzarella and red onion slices.

  4. Assemble the burger in this order: • Toasted sesame bun • Salsa con queso • Black pepper bacon • Brisket patty • Mozzarella • Red onion • Hell-O-Berry Jam
