- 1 1/2 lb ground brisket or lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 scallion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsps Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 sesame buns, toasted
- 1/4 cup salsa con queso
- 8 strips, bacon, with black pepper freshly ground on top
- 4 slices, mozzarella
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup blackberry jalapeno jam

Mix ground brisket, breadcrumbs, egg, scallion, Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper and salt to form 4x 6-ounce patties. Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes to help the patties keep their form while cooking. Grill the patties until well done.

For the Hell-O-Berry Jam, mix the blackberry jalapeno jam with Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise in a bowl.

Prepare your other toppings of choice. To follow Jeff’s recipe, you must use salsa con queso, black pepper bacon, mozzarella and red onion slices.
