  • 1 can (540 mL) no salt added black beans
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) Hellmann's® Vegan
  • 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) garlic powder
  • 4 (10-in./ 25 cm) gluten-free wraps
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) cheddar-style dairy free shreds
  • 2 cups (500 mL) shredded romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup (250 mL) chopped tomatoes hachées
  • 1 medium avocado, sliced

  1. Mash beans with fork in medium microwave-safe bowl. Stir in Hellmann’s® Vegan and garlic powder. Microwave at HIGH, stirring once, until heated through, about 1 minute.

  2. Evenly spread bean mixture down centers of wraps, then layer on remaining ingredients; roll up and enjoy.


TIP: Add 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) lime juice and/or 1 tsp. (5 mL) hot pepper sauce for additional flavor.\nSee nutrition infromation for sodium content.
