INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg
- 1 cup (250 mL) granulated sugar
- 3 medium - ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) salt
METHOD

PREHEAT oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease 9 x 5-in (2 L or 23 x 13-cm) loaf pan.

WHISK egg in large bowl. Whisk in sugar, bananas, Mayonnaise and vanilla until blended.

STIR flour with baking powder and salt in medium bowl. Fold into banana mixture until blended. Scrape into prepared pan and smooth top.

BAKE about 1 hour or until pick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool on wire rack 15 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely.
