Looking for a delicious dinner? Try Hellmann’s arugula salad today! You will be amazed at the excellent taste this dish can bring.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 limes
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) water
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) firmly packed light brown sugar
- 4 cups (1 L) arugula or young leaves of spinach
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) pine nuts, toasted
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Parmesan cheese shavings
METHOD

From 1 lime grate enough peel to measure 1 tsp. (5 mL), then squeeze juice from limes; set aside.

Combine Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, olive oil, water, lime juice, lime peel and brown sugar; set aside.

Arrange arugula on serving platter, then top with apple and pine nuts. Drizzle with Mayonnaise dressing and garnish with cheese.
