A delicious artichoke dip recipe. Artichokes mixed with warm, creamy cheese, almonds and Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise. Tastes great served up with pita bread.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 boîtes de conserve (14 oz./398 m artichoke hearts drained and coarsely chopped (14 oz./398 mL ea.)
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) chili flakes (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) sliced almonds
METHOD

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Combine all ingredients except almonds in medium bowl. Turn into 1-quart (1 L) baking dish. Top with almonds.

Bake 15 minutes or until almonds are golden and dip is bubbling. Serve, if desired, with your favorite dippers.
