We use all vegan ingredients to make this delicious vegan recipe.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups (750 mL) cooked tri-color quinoa or regular quinoa
  • 3 cups (750 mL) coarsely chopped baby kale or kale leaves
  • 8 ounces (225 g) wax beans or green beans, cut into 2-in (5 cm) pieces, cooked and cooled
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) Hellmann's® Vegan Green Goddess Salad Dressing
  • 2 cups (500 mL) mixed berries, (such as blueberries, raspberries and blackberries)
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped pistachios

METHOD

  1. Combine quinoa, kale, wax beans and green onions with Hellmann's® Vegan Green Goddess Salad Dressing in large bowl until well blended.

  2. Gently stir in berries and garnish with pistachios.
