Ingredients
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) olive oil
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) ground pork
- 3 cups (750 mL) fresh bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
- juice and grated peel of 1 orange
- 2 Tbsp. (20 mL) apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) chopped fresh sage leaves
- 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) ground allspice (optional)

Directions

Heat olive oil in medium skillet and cook onion and garlic over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender, about 4 minutes. Turn into large bowl.

Add remaining ingredients into bowl and thoroughly combine. Use to stuff turkey and cook according to turkey directions. OR, turn into greased 2-qt. (2-L) baking dish and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes or until golden.
