  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's dijonnaise , divided
  • 8 1/4 inch thick slices hearty rustic Tuscan bread
  • 12 ounces sliced Black Forest ham
  • 8 ounces sliced cheddar cheese (or your favourite cheese)
  • 4 Tbsp. Hellmann’s® Real Mayonnaise

  1. Place bread slices on a cutting board. Evenly spread all slices with Hellmann’s® Dijonnaise. Evenly top 4 of the bread slices with ham slices and cheese.

  2. Top with remaining bread, Dijonnaise side down, to close each sandwich.

  3. Spread Hellmann’s® Real Mayonnaise in a thin layer on the outer top and bottom bread slices of each sandwich. Place in a panini press or a large nonstick skillet and cook until bread is crispy and browned and cheese is melted. If cooking in a skillet, place over medium heat, press gently and turn once, until both sides of bread are golden brown and cheese is melted, working in batches if necessary. Serve hot and enjoy!
