INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups (750 mL) cooked farro
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Hellmann's® Grapefruit Ginger Salad Dressing, divided
- 2 blood oranges or regular oranges, peel and white pith removed, then sliced
- 1 ripe avocado, cut into chunks
- 1 cup (250 mL) red and purple radishes, sliced
- 1 cup (250 mL) strips jicama or sliced fennel
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) torn fresh mint leaves or cilantro leaves
METHOD

TOSS farro with 1/4 cup (60 mL) Hellmann's® Grapefruit Ginger Salad Dressing and spoon evenly into 4 bowls.

TOP with blood oranges, avocado, radishes, jicama and red onion. Scatter mint over top and drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup (60 mL) Dressing.
